COL7A1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, COL7A1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,879 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible COL7A1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MRPL39, NIPA1, and TXNL1. Each is linked with COL7A1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COL7A1-to-partner and partner-to-COL7A1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MRPL39 grouped by COL7A1-low versus COL7A1-high in STAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (COL7A1→partner) and Y-score (partner→COL7A1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
