Across TCGA cell cohorts, COL7A1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,219 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible COL7A1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MCUB, NF2, and SGCB. Each is linked with COL7A1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COL7A1-to-partner and partner-to-COL7A1 results are reported.
