COL6A3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, COL6A3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,622 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible COL6A3-associated genes across cancer lineages are CHAF1A, UHRF1, and HELLS. Each is linked with COL6A3 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COL6A3-to-partner and partner-to-COL6A3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CHAF1A grouped by COL6A3-low versus COL6A3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (COL6A3→partner) and Y-score (partner→COL6A3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
