Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, COL5A2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,532 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible COL5A2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRPF4, MCM4, and NCAPG. Each is linked with COL5A2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COL5A2-to-partner and partner-to-COL5A2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (COL5A2→partner) and Y-score (partner→COL5A2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
