COL5A1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, COL5A1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,995 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible COL5A1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MYL9, CRISPLD2, and CCN4. Each is linked with COL5A1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COL5A1-to-partner and partner-to-COL5A1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, COL5A1 versus MYL9 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.55.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (COL5A1→partner) and Y-score (partner→COL5A1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
