COL4A2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, COL4A2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,733 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible COL4A2-associated genes across cancer lineages are KIF11, OIP5, and BUB1B. Each is linked with COL4A2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COL4A2-to-partner and partner-to-COL4A2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KIF11 grouped by COL4A2-low versus COL4A2-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (COL4A2→partner) and Y-score (partner→COL4A2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
