COL4A2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, COL4A2 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 4,169 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible COL4A2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CACNA1I, MDN1, and ROBO1. Each is linked with COL4A2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COL4A2-to-partner and partner-to-COL4A2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CACNA1I grouped by COL4A2-low versus COL4A2-high in LUNG_SCLC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (COL4A2→partner) and Y-score (partner→COL4A2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
