COL3A1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, COL3A1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,311 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible COL3A1-associated genes across cancer lineages are COL5A2, COL1A2, and POSTN. Each is linked with COL3A1 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COL3A1-to-partner and partner-to-COL3A1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, COL3A1 versus COL5A2 in STOMACH, with a Pearson correlation of 0.69.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (COL3A1→partner) and Y-score (partner→COL3A1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
