COL22A1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, COL22A1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,365 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible COL22A1-associated genes across cancer lineages are FCER1A, CHAF1A, and MAP6. Each is linked with COL22A1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COL22A1-to-partner and partner-to-COL22A1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FCER1A grouped by COL22A1-low versus COL22A1-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (COL22A1→partner) and Y-score (partner→COL22A1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
