The most reproducible COL21A1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion, Endoplasmic reticulum to Golgi vesicle-mediated transport, and Negative regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion. Each is linked with COL21A1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COL21A1-to-partner and partner-to-COL21A1 results are reported.
