COL1A1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, COL1A1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,459 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible COL1A1-associated genes across cancer lineages are OXSM, GTF2E2, and SAR1B. Each is linked with COL1A1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COL1A1-to-partner and partner-to-COL1A1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OXSM grouped by COL1A1-low versus COL1A1-high in LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (COL1A1→partner) and Y-score (partner→COL1A1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
