COL19A1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, COL19A1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,771 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible COL19A1-associated genes across cancer lineages are NEFH, DDHD1, and SLC10A1. Each is linked with COL19A1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COL19A1-to-partner and partner-to-COL19A1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, COL19A1 versus NEFH in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (COL19A1→partner) and Y-score (partner→COL19A1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
