COL19A1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, COL19A1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,675 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible COL19A1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CEP76, PFN1, and CENPO. Each is linked with COL19A1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COL19A1-to-partner and partner-to-COL19A1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CEP76 grouped by COL19A1-low versus COL19A1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (COL19A1→partner) and Y-score (partner→COL19A1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
