Across TCGA patient cohorts, COL18A1-AS2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,097 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible COL18A1-AS2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NES_S1347, COL18A1, and NID2. Each is linked with COL18A1-AS2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COL18A1-AS2-to-partner and partner-to-COL18A1-AS2 results are reported.
