COL16A1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, COL16A1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,830 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible COL16A1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MMP2, ZYX, and P3H3. Each is linked with COL16A1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COL16A1-to-partner and partner-to-COL16A1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, COL16A1 versus MMP2 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.69.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (COL16A1→partner) and Y-score (partner→COL16A1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
