Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, COL16A1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,172 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible COL16A1-associated genes across cancer lineages are COL1A1, COL6A3, and COL3A1. Each is linked with COL16A1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COL16A1-to-partner and partner-to-COL16A1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, COL16A1 versus COL1A1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (COL16A1→partner) and Y-score (partner→COL16A1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
