The most reproducible COL16A1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Extracellular matrix organization, Extracellular structure organization, and External encapsulating structure organization. Each is linked with COL16A1 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COL16A1-to-partner and partner-to-COL16A1 results are reported.
