COL16A1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, COL16A1 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 6,130 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible COL16A1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CHD7, DIP2C, and CFAP65. Each is linked with COL16A1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COL16A1-to-partner and partner-to-COL16A1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CHD7 grouped by COL16A1-low versus COL16A1-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (COL16A1→partner) and Y-score (partner→COL16A1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
