COG8

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, COG8 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,782 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible COG8-associated genes across cancer lineages are CEP78, GAREM2, and TTC7B. Each is linked with COG8 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COG8-to-partner and partner-to-COG8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (COG8→partner) and Y-score (partner→COG8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
