Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, COG6 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated COG6 data layer compared with 28 for mass-spec protein and 8 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in cervical squamous cell carcinoma and endocervical adenocarcinoma (CESC), where higher COG6 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated COG6 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
CESC, READ, and COAD are the cancer types where COG6 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
