Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, COG3 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated COG3 data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher COG3 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated COG3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
KIRC, BRCA, and LUAD are the cancer types where COG3 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
