Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, COG3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,668 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible COG3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are COG4, ARHGEF7, and SUGT1. Each is linked with COG3 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COG3-to-partner and partner-to-COG3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, COG3 versus COG4 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (COG3→partner) and Y-score (partner→COG3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
