COG3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, COG3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,380 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible COG3-associated genes across cancer lineages are GPALPP1, ALG11, and NDFIP2. Each is linked with COG3 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COG3-to-partner and partner-to-COG3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, COG3 versus GPALPP1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (COG3→partner) and Y-score (partner→COG3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
