COG2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, COG2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,171 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible COG2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are BROX, C1orf35, and GATAD2B. Each is linked with COG2 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COG2-to-partner and partner-to-COG2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, COG2 versus BROX in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (COG2→partner) and Y-score (partner→COG2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
