COG2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, COG2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,112 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible COG2-associated genes across cancer lineages are GPALPP1, COG3, and VWA8. Each is linked with COG2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COG2-to-partner and partner-to-COG2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, COG2 versus GPALPP1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.31.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (COG2→partner) and Y-score (partner→COG2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
