COG2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, COG2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 29 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible COG2-associated genes across cancer lineages are eIF4E, Acetyl-a-Tubulin-Lys40, and INPP4B. Each is linked with COG2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COG2-to-partner and partner-to-COG2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, eIF4E grouped by COG2-low versus COG2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (COG2→partner) and Y-score (partner→COG2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
