Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, COBLL1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,826 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible COBLL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CSPP1, NUP88, and FBXO30. Each is linked with COBLL1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COBLL1-to-partner and partner-to-COBLL1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CSPP1 grouped by COBLL1-low versus COBLL1-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (COBLL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→COBLL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
