COBL

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, COBL mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,538 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible COBL-associated genes across cancer lineages are TTF2, KIF18A, and DLGAP5. Each is linked with COBL in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COBL-to-partner and partner-to-COBL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TTF2 grouped by COBL-low versus COBL-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (COBL→partner) and Y-score (partner→COBL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
