Across TCGA cell cohorts, COBL RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,268 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible COBL-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Establishment of epithelial cell apical/basal polarity, Establishment or maintenance of microtubule cytoskeleton polarity, and Neurotransmitter receptor transport. Each is linked with COBL in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COBL-to-partner and partner-to-COBL results are reported.
