COBL

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, COBL mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 540 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible COBL-associated genes across cancer lineages are DYNAP, CA2, and SRMS. Each is linked with COBL in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COBL-to-partner and partner-to-COBL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DYNAP grouped by COBL-low versus COBL-high in STOMACH.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (COBL→partner) and Y-score (partner→COBL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
