COBL

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, COBL mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 3,995 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible COBL-associated genes across cancer lineages are MYO9B, UNC80, and KDM5A. Each is linked with COBL in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COBL-to-partner and partner-to-COBL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MYO9B grouped by COBL-low versus COBL-high in UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (COBL→partner) and Y-score (partner→COBL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
