COA8

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, COA8 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,713 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible COA8-associated proteins across cancer lineages are BAG5, MTA1, and FKBP3. Each is linked with COA8 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COA8-to-partner and partner-to-COA8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, COA8 versus BAG5 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.72.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (COA8→partner) and Y-score (partner→COA8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
