COA8

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, COA8 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 30 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible COA8-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR8485, OR7E154P, and ABHD17AP9. Each is linked with COA8 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COA8-to-partner and partner-to-COA8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR8485 grouped by COA8-low versus COA8-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (COA8→partner) and Y-score (partner→COA8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
