Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, COA6 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated COA6 data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 8 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA), where higher COA6 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated COA6 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

BRCA and BLCA are the cancer types where COA6 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
