COA6

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, COA6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,310 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible COA6-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CACYBP, TIPRL, and ADAR. Each is linked with COA6 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COA6-to-partner and partner-to-COA6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, COA6 versus CACYBP in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.54.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (COA6→partner) and Y-score (partner→COA6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
