Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, COA5 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated COA5 data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher COA5 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated COA5 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
BLCA, SKCM, and UCEC are the cancer types where COA5 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
