COA5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, COA5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,892 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible COA5-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TSN, ZNF638, and GTF3C4. Each is linked with COA5 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COA5-to-partner and partner-to-COA5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (COA5→partner) and Y-score (partner→COA5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
