Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, COA5 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,678 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible COA5-associated genes across cancer lineages are TPM4, FN1, and MIR4435-2HG. Each is linked with COA5 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COA5-to-partner and partner-to-COA5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (COA5→partner) and Y-score (partner→COA5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
