The most reproducible COA5-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Flagellated sperm motility, Cilium movement involved in cell motility, and Sperm motility. Each is linked with COA5 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COA5-to-partner and partner-to-COA5 results are reported.
