COA1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, COA1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,154 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible COA1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NUDCD3, PURB, and FOXK1. Each is linked with COA1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COA1-to-partner and partner-to-COA1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, COA1 versus NUDCD3 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (COA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→COA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
