COA1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, COA1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 182 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible COA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are KMT2B, RN7SKP157, and WFDC9. Each is linked with COA1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COA1-to-partner and partner-to-COA1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KMT2B grouped by COA1-low versus COA1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (COA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→COA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
