COA1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, COA1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 4 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible COA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MEK1, FASN, and TFRC. Each is linked with COA1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COA1-to-partner and partner-to-COA1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MEK1 grouped by COA1-low versus COA1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (COA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→COA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
