COA1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, COA1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,244 significant associations in total. PANCREAS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible COA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TOMM34, ADSL, and STK4. Each is linked with COA1 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COA1-to-partner and partner-to-COA1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, COA1 versus TOMM34 in PANCREAS, with a Pearson correlation of 0.69.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (COA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→COA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
