CNTNAP4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CNTNAP4 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 82 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CNTNAP4-associated genes across cancer lineages are Cyclin-B1, PKC-delta_pS664, and 4E-BP1. Each is linked with CNTNAP4 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CNTNAP4-to-partner and partner-to-CNTNAP4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Cyclin-B1 grouped by CNTNAP4-low versus CNTNAP4-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CNTNAP4→partner) and Y-score (partner→CNTNAP4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
