CNTNAP3B

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CNTNAP3B mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 339 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CNTNAP3B-associated genes across cancer lineages are GRM6, NPBWR2, and HMGB4. Each is linked with CNTNAP3B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CNTNAP3B-to-partner and partner-to-CNTNAP3B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GRM6 grouped by CNTNAP3B-low versus CNTNAP3B-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CNTNAP3B→partner) and Y-score (partner→CNTNAP3B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
