CNTNAP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CNTNAP1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 52 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CNTNAP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are Bad_pS112, Cyclin-B1, and c-Met_pY1235. Each is linked with CNTNAP1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CNTNAP1-to-partner and partner-to-CNTNAP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Bad_pS112 grouped by CNTNAP1-low versus CNTNAP1-high in STAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CNTNAP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CNTNAP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
