CNTNAP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CNTNAP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 393 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CNTNAP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ABCC12, LYG1, and OR4D6. Each is linked with CNTNAP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CNTNAP1-to-partner and partner-to-CNTNAP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ABCC12 grouped by CNTNAP1-low versus CNTNAP1-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CNTNAP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CNTNAP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
