CNTN3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CNTN3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,937 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CNTN3-associated genes across cancer lineages are CENPA, UBE2SP1, and UBE2S. Each is linked with CNTN3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CNTN3-to-partner and partner-to-CNTN3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CENPA grouped by CNTN3-low versus CNTN3-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CNTN3→partner) and Y-score (partner→CNTN3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
