CNTN1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CNTN1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 21,228 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CNTN1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PAWR, SSC5D, and SVIL. Each is linked with CNTN1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CNTN1-to-partner and partner-to-CNTN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CNTN1 versus PAWR in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CNTN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CNTN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
