Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CNTN1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,250 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CNTN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ORC6, PBK, and TMEM126A. Each is linked with CNTN1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CNTN1-to-partner and partner-to-CNTN1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ORC6 grouped by CNTN1-low versus CNTN1-high in LUAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CNTN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CNTN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
